This Privacy Policy explains how the Growth Tip mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Category	Details
Account Information	Email address, first name, last name, and password (stored securely using one-way hashing — we cannot view your password).
Verification Codes	A temporary access code (TAC) is sent to your email to verify your identity during registration, password reset, or email change. These codes expire shortly after issuance and are not stored long-term.
Chat Messages	Text messages, voice messages, and photo or document attachments you send to our support team through the in-app chat feature.
Push Notification Token	A device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) used solely to deliver notifications to your device, such as replies to your support chat.

We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or browsing/usage analytics.

To create and manage your member account
To verify your identity during registration and password recovery
To enable two-way communication between you and our support team
To deliver push notifications related to your support conversations
To provide and improve the Q&A and member features within the App

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored on a secured server and database accessible only to authorized administrators of the App. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Verification codes are time-limited and automatically expire.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with:

Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery
Brevo — for sending verification (TAC) emails

These providers process data only as needed to perform the services above and are bound by their own privacy and data protection policies.

5. Data Retention

Account information and chat history are retained for as long as your account remains active, or as required to provide support. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the details below.

6. Your Rights

You may update your profile information at any time within the App.
You may change your password at any time within the App.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
